Location: Stanmore, North London
Salary: up to c. £35K + uncapped commission
The Company:
Our client is at the forefront of optical spectroscopy technology, selling and developing a wide range of innovative equipment and systems. A vacancy exists for a self-motivated sales person to work within a small, highly focused team.
The Role:
The individual will be responsible for increasing the sales for the entire range of Molecular and micro Analysis (MuA) products to the UK & Irish markets. Activities will include prospecting, progressing and closing sales together with after-sales customer support. Some product promotional effort will be required including trade shows, product launches and sales campaigns. Reporting to the MuA Product Manager you will be expected to achieve minimum sales targets. Interaction with customers will take place on a daily basis by means of telephone, email or face-to-face meetings. This is a challenging post which offers high rewards for success.
The Candidate:
Ideally you will have a degree in one of the physical sciences, together with demonstrable sales experience in a technical field. You will be highly motivated with a good scientific / technical understanding. The successful candidate will be well focused with the ability to recognise customer requirements and to offer appropriate technical solutions. This post comes with a variety of benefits which include an uncapped performance related bonus.
