Our highly trained team of Consultants are experts in Police Recruitment and in turn are offered an attractive package with strong commission and un-capped OTE. We also offer ongoing training to our Consultants, developing areas such as negotiation skills along with sales techniques. Would you like to part of this success and earn to your maximum potential? We are ideally looking for people that have some sales experience in dealing with decision makers over the phone from the initial cold call to closing a deal. However we are also open to considering people from alternative backgrounds who can demonstrate a passion for earning money in this lucrative industry and who can follow a structure and strong work ethics. Here are some of the key attributes that we are looking for:



• Experience and a proven track record of dealing with clients, customers on the telephone and in person, with the ability to apply effective persuasive and negotiation skills

• Sales experience where you have met and worked to targets

• Good verbal and written communication skills, in particular, a good telephone manner

• Must be ambitious, hungry, sales orientated and successful with the willingness and potential to develop

• Energetic and enthused person with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
